- Just Junk
This company picks up all sorts of junk from homes, and furniture items are included. Stuff that is still in good condition will be sent to charities such as Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army.
- Red Door Family Shelter
The donations you freely give to the charity’s “Moving Program” will help families who are trying to move on from homelessness and abuse. Items that are necessary such as kitchen tables, dressers, and also home essentials are accepted. If you live between Markham and Bathurst, or from Lawrence to the Ontario Lake, pick-up is for free.
- Salvation Army
You can drop off your furniture donations at any bin of the Salvation Army. We suggest that you drop them at the “Donor Welcome” Centers. If you are going to donate three or more furniture, they are most willing to pick the items from your location.
